All-Natural Shelf Stable Charcuterie
Cassoulet originated in the southwest of France (Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary). The main ingredient is always white
beans to which are added a variety of different meats, according to the region. This one combining tasty pork and duck sausage,
as well as duck confit is similar to the classic cassoulets of Toulouse. Just heat and serve. Presented in an old-fashioned glass jar.
Also available are the pâté with black pepper and the duck rillettes in a 3.1oz old fashioned glass jar. Shelf life is around 3 years.
