Hayward, CA, March 13th, 2024 — Fabrique Délices, renowned charcuterie maker since 1985, has been honored with the prestigious National Restaurant Association FABI Favorite, which stands for Food and Beverage Favorite Industry Award, for its exceptional Fabrique Délices X Prime Roots Black Truffle & Harvest Apple Koji-Pâtés, and an additional FABI recognition for its innovative plant-based Foie Gras. These awards recognize innovative and high-quality food and beverage products that demonstrate excellence in taste, creativity, marketability, and contribution to the restaurant industry.
