Fabrique Delices, a French meat company based out of San Francisco, will present a selection of artisan fresh sausage, cured meat, pates, mousse and rillettes.  Fabrique Délices offers over 100 different products including All Natural Pâtés, Mousses, Duck Confit, Magret, Duck Rillettes, Boudins, Sausages, Truffle Butter, Macarons, Cornichons & much more… Come learn how to pair this beautiful product line with cheese and wine.  We’ll be grilling up the sausages!
